Jeffrey Wysong

Principal and Founder

Jeffrey Wysong brings an extensive array of professional experience to Ethos Property Group (EPG). With over 26 years of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, property investment, and multifamily transactions, Wysong’s vision guides the organization. In his career, Wysong has completed multifamily transactions totaling over 5,000 units and over 100 properties in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, brokerage, rehab/conversions of conventional, institutional, governmental and distressed properties. Wysong is responsible for EPG’s acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and capital formation.

Prior to establishing EPG, Wysong founded, owned, and operated Wysong Capital Group/Deepwater Investments, a commercial real estate and investment company focused on multifamily opportunities in the greater Pacific Northwest. He was responsible for the acquisition, development, and restoration of over $400 million in investments including apartment and condominium properties that averaged better than 36% returns overall. Prior to that, Wysong founded the Pacific Northwest office for Fairfield Residential, a nationally-recognized leader in multifamily commercial real estate. With Fairfield Residential, he purchased approximately 1,000 units in existing properties and land for new construction that was eventually valued at over $187M.

A native of Seattle, Wysong received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington State University. He lives on Bainbridge Island with his three children and wife of nearly 20 years.

Jeff Miller

Chief Executive Officer, Pacific Living Properties

Mr. Miller has been with Pacific Living Properties since 2002. As a principal in the company and CEO, he is responsible for all operations, investment and new business development. Prior to joining PLP, Mr. Miller worked for Progress Development in San Diego where he oversaw lease ups of several thousand units. At Pinnacle Realty Management he had extensive experience in fee management and real estate syndication. Mr. Miller was part of the formation of Holly Residential REIT which was sold to Equity REIT. Mr. Miller has a Masters and Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and is a WA Real Estate Broker.

Prior to this role, he served as a partner and Chief Operating Officer of the company. For over 20 years, Pacific Living Properties has been providing quality apartment homes to meet the needs of residents in over 5,000 apartment units throughout the west coast. Pacific Living Properties offer an exceptional living environment to residents through a distinct blend of excellent customer service, ongoing innovation, and use of state-of-the-art technology to promote excellent communication with property residents. Pacific Living Properties is committed to reducing its ecological footprint and creating sustainable living environments. Miller is a 26-year veteran in the property management industry and has played an instrumental role in integrating sustainable, green operating principals into Pacific Living Properties.

Jordan Schenk

Director, Northwest Region, Guardian Investment Banking and Real Estate

Jordan Schenk is the Northwest Regional Director for Guardian Investment Banking and Real Estate. He brings 8 years of financial advisory experience with an expertise real estate and corporate valuations. Mr. Schenk has contributed to more than $300 million in purchase and sales during his career.

Prior to joining Guardian, Schenk was a Director at Columbia Capital Consulting Group, a bank advisory firm launched in 2008. Schenk worked in the commercial real estate industry as an Acquisition Analyst for Pacific Property Company from 2006 to 2008, and started his career in the alternative investment industry working for a private equity firms both domestically and internationally.

Schenk currently serves as the Committee Chair to the Northshore Region of Young Life, and has always been active in his community. He is a past President of the WSU Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (FIRE) club, and is an enthusiastic supporter of his alma mater. Schenk holds a BA from Washington State University where he graduated *Magna Cum Laude* in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems. Larry Wilemon

Larry Wilemon is a managing director at Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance LLC (www.guggenheimpartners.com).  His primary responsibilities are the origination and structuring of commercial mortgages. This direct lending includes CMBS, agency, and life insurance company financing.

Mr. Wilemon’s commercial real estate background more broadly encompasses lending, mortgage banking, principal investments, and law practice.  Before joining Guggenheim, Mr. Wilemon and a business partner acquired or advised on net lease and sale/leaseback transactions in Asia.  Mr. Wilemon previously held senior commercial mortgage banking positions with George Smith Partners (www.gspartners.com) and HFF (www.hfflp.com; NYSE: HF) in Los Angeles.  His structured finance experience includes placement of more than $1.5 billion of permanent, bridge, and mezzanine debt.

Mr. Wilemon received a B.A. from the University of Richmond, a J.D. from the University of Texas, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  He is actively involved in the FH Foundation (www.thefhfoundation.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by his wife.
